Busan Global City Foundation
BGCF offers Korean classes for foreign residents already living in Busan, usually with a long-stay visa and a level test before registration.
This is not a full study-abroad route, but it can be a useful local option for daily-life Korean.
Start before you come to Korea
You do not have to wait until you arrive in Korea to start learning Korean.

But if you want to speak with more confidence, a real teacher is often more useful.
